E-Commerce – The Electronic Shop
E-commerce is the activity of buying or selling of products on online services or over the Internet. E-commerce also known as Electronic Commerce, as an industry is fast picking up in the Middle East and more experts believe that the their is scope for innovation in the field of retail.
In fact any transaction that is completed solely through electronic measures can be considered as e-commerce.
E-commerce is subdivided into 3 categories:
- B2B – Business to Business (example Cisco)
- B2C – Business to Consumer (example Amazon)
- C2C – Consumer to Consumer (example eBay)
Now that we have a vivid idea of what the e-commerce is about, we are more concerned about Noon.com taking over the online shopping platform in the Middle East. If you live, reside, pass by, or just stop over anywhere in Dubai you should not miss out on the massive opportunity of doing most if not all of your shopping online via Noon.com.
